Raymond Chau Yik-Chun (周益俊) is a Hong Kong entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Carewells Limited — the parent entity of SeniorDeli, CareEZ, 吞嚥易, and 康樂齡 — a clinical eldercare food and AI company supplying texture-modified soft meals to more than 100 hospitals and care homes across the Greater Bay Area, co-drafter of national group standards T/SATA 084-2025 and T/SATA 085-2025 on care food. He holds a double degree (BEng Information Engineering + BBA Financial Engineering) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) (2008–2012) and an MSc Computer Science from The University of Hong Kong (HKU), supervised by Prof. Yiu Siu-Ming (Head of Department of Computer Science; HKU FinTech Academy). His company's work is documented in the Ivey Business School teaching case W33928 co-published with CUHK Business School and distributed via the Harvard Business Review Store, and SeniorDeli was named a Future Food Asia 2021 co-winner.
